DocuShade allows you to have a call with your doctor after a brief survey.
In order to apply for a tint exemption for your state you typically you have to have a doctor go in person to your doctor to get a full check up and then request a tint exemption.
step two (1 minute)
SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Once a condition is selected we will give you times and dates where one of our physicians can call you to speak about your condition. Once finished we'll send your documentation to the DMV.
Step three (3-5 days)
DELIVERY
Just like that your done! Your documents will take 3-5 business days to arrive to you and you'll be able to ride around in style.
